There are 23 countries in North America. I have never been to any of the countries. Did you know that the flag for El Salvador is blue and white striped. On the white stripe it has a badge. I can’t wait to learn about North America!
There are 23 countries in North America. One of these countries is the United States and I have been there on holiday with my family. We went to Florida and visited lots of theme parks and I got to swim with Dolphins. Some facts about the United States are;

• The main language of American people is English.
• The currency that the people use is the US dollar.
• The population is 272 million.

A Jaguar is the largest wildcat in North America and can found in Mexico’s southern jungles.

North America has 23 countries including Panama which has many forests and jungles. The animals that live here aren’t found anywhere else in the world. The national bird is the harpy eagle. Other animals are types of monkey including the squirrel monkey, spider monkey and howler monkey. There are also big predators such as panthers, jaguars and pumas aswell as huge reptiles such as crocodiles and alligators lurking in the mucky swamps.
There are 23 countries in North America. Italian explorer Christopher Columbus was the first European to navigate to North America in 1492 and when Columbus first landed in America, he was convinced that he had arrived on islands off the coast of East Asia.
